I’m sad to say that Ann Muckle, Joyce Green councillor from 05/05/1983 – 07/05/2015 has died. People will remember her as a dedicated public servant.
Ann was a tremendous servant to the Labour Party and In 2012 she received the Labour Party merit award that was presented to her by Harriet Harman.
