Councillor Darren Povey is your local Labour Councillor for Temple Hill, serving alongside Councillor Alina Gaskin and Councillor Kelly Grehan.

Darren is a Temple Hill resident of 13 years, community champion and passionate Dartford FC supporter.

After his son was involved in a road traffic accident 4 years ago, Darren worked with Kelly to form Dartford Safer Roads, which has campaigned across Dartford to highlight the need for safer roads, particularly around schools.

As well as being a parent governor at Temple Hill Primary, Darren volunteers most mornings and afternoons as a lollipop person on St Edmunds Road outside the school.

As your Councillor, he is working hard to give back to his home community.
